The proposal
In order for this new site to become a real expression of the network working together we need the following to happen...
- As many dioceses as possible are persuaded to sign up and agree to be invoiced not more than £5. Provided enough dioceses sign up the cost per diocese will be lower even than that. (ie quite low enough to go through on monthly expenses and not raise any questions!) Ideally you will decide before conference, and say so using the form below. We will then know the amount to charge, and will take the money and issue a receipt at conference. THIS HAS NOW HAPPENED
- Several, technically aware, colleagues are persuaded to share in maintaining/developing the site. Paul will provide support/training/advice as required. CURRENTLY ONGOING
- Many more colleagues (who need only have a broadband internet connection and basic computer skills) are persuaded to take on a minor editing/maintaining role - eg keeping a specific list of resources up to date. CURRENTLY ONGOING (BUT MORE WELCOME)
- All of those participating in any of the above ways add their own resources to the pool as and when they write or find something suitable to share. In the last resort it is on this that the enterprise will succeed or fail in resourcing ourselves together rather than individually AIM IS TO MAKE SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS OVER THE SUMMER.
